Beat Motors is an automotive dealer based in Suzuka, Mie Prefecture, Japan. We provide vehicle sales in Japan, vehicle sourcing, trade-ins and vehicle purchasing, as well as export-related support.

Q. Can I view a vehicle at your showroom? ⌄

Yes. Vehicles in our physical stock may be available for inspection. Because storage location and availability can vary, please contact us before visiting.

Q. Can I purchase a vehicle for use in Japan? ⌄

Yes. We sell used vehicles to customers in Japan. Depending on the vehicle and transaction, we can explain registration, ownership transfer, servicing, inspection and delivery-related costs.

Q. Can you find a vehicle that is not currently in stock? ⌄

Yes. Tell us the make, model, year, grade, mileage, colour and budget you are looking for. We can search Japanese auctions and dealer networks for suitable vehicles.

Q. Do you provide an auction bidding agency service? ⌄

No. Beat Motors does not operate a service where customers directly participate in Japanese auctions through us. Instead, Beat Motors can source and purchase suitable vehicles from Japanese auctions and dealer networks as a vehicle dealer, and then offer the vehicle to the customer.

Q. Can Beat Motors source a vehicle from a Japanese auction? ⌄

Yes. Beat Motors can search Japanese auctions and dealer networks for a vehicle matching your requirements, review the available vehicle information and pricing, and purchase suitable vehicles for resale. Requirements and budget may need to be confirmed before sourcing.

Q. Can you explain a Japanese auction sheet? ⌄

Yes. When sourcing an auction vehicle, we can review available auction sheet information such as grade, mileage, repair history, scratches, dents, interior condition and inspection notes, and explain important points where necessary.

Q. Do you buy vehicles or accept trade-ins? ⌄

Yes. Beat Motors can purchase vehicles and accept trade-ins. You can discuss a trade-in when purchasing another vehicle from us, or contact us about selling your vehicle without buying another vehicle.

Q. What information is needed for a vehicle appraisal? ⌄

We generally need information such as make, model, year, grade, mileage, inspection status and vehicle condition. Photos and registration information may help with an initial assessment. The final appraisal is determined after confirming the vehicle.

Q. Can I use vehicle finance in Japan? ⌄

Finance may be available for customers purchasing a vehicle in Japan through participating finance companies. Approval, interest rates, required documents and other conditions are determined by the finance provider.

Q. Are there costs in addition to the listed vehicle price? ⌄

It depends on the transaction. Purchases in Japan may include registration, tax, insurance, servicing and delivery-related costs. Export transactions may include inland transport in Japan, export handling and ocean freight. Final costs are confirmed in the quotation.

Q. What payment methods are available? ⌄

Bank transfer is commonly used. Customers using vehicle finance in Japan will follow the finance company payment terms. For international transactions, payment method and invoice currency will be explained according to the transaction.

Q. Can you export vehicles overseas? ⌄

Yes. Beat Motors supports vehicle exports to a range of countries and regions. We can assist with Japan-side vehicle purchase, inland transport, export documentation, delivery to port and shipping arrangements. Import age limits, vehicle standards, inspections, taxes, customs procedures and shipping availability vary by destination, so we confirm the country and vehicle before providing guidance.

Yes, for supported destinations we can assist with Japan-side vehicle transport, export-related documentation, delivery to port and shipping arrangements. Shipping schedules and costs vary depending on vehicle size, port, destination and carrier availability.

Q. Does Beat Motors handle registration and taxes in the destination country? ⌄

Generally, Beat Motors provides the vehicle sale and Japan-side export support. Final confirmation of destination-country duties, taxes, registration, inspections, compliance and customs procedures is the responsibility of the customer or the local importer or agent.

Q. Do used vehicles include a warranty? ⌄

Warranty availability and conditions depend on the individual vehicle and sale terms. For vehicles sold in Japan, please confirm the warranty and servicing conditions for the specific vehicle. Export vehicle conditions should also be confirmed before purchase.
